CDS 10T, 20T, 30T, 50T

Continuous Dumping Scales

The CDS provides continuous dumping of significant volumes of free flowing materials to a pre-programmed total weight, eg 10T, 20T 30T.

The filling and weighing process is automatic and typically discharged into silo's, hoppers, trucks or bins.

Ideal for material such as wheat, rice, grains, sugar, corn and other granular raw materials.

In the case of truck dispatch of products  the CDS eliminates weighing errors prior to weighbridge check thus improving efficiency and reducing waste.

CDS software integrates with existing management systems, or where requested,  custom coded to output specifc data to enable  precise asset managment. 

VB Series

The VB series of closed bag packers are designed for bagging products with bag weights between 2 - 30kgs. Typically used for powder type products such as polymers, cement powder, raw powder type materials.
